All bedrooms, the dining room, the living room and the hallway have a solid chestnut wood parquet floor in a golden color.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom.
Several pieces of furniture in the living room and bedrooms have been passed down from generation to generation.
A Wi-Fi connection (fiber) and a television are available.

There are 3 large bedrooms. Each room has an area of ​​approximately 20 m2; they all have a panoramic view of the valley, which opens onto the Miomo marina and the nearby sea.
